(01)AT A GLANCE
The treatment's role
Re2O directly replenishes the dermal collagen and elastin lost with aging. Because it is derived from donated human tissue, it is classed as an allogeneic acellular dermal matrix: cell nuclei and lipids are removed and it undergoes strict disinfection and cleansing to minimize infection risk. A material used for more than 20 years in burn and skin-contracture repair has now been introduced for aesthetic skin treatment.
