THE BALANCE OF AN EXPRESSION
Whether treatment is needed is decided after consultation.
(03)UNDERSTANDING
Hollowing and sagging may coexist. Before filling one area, we assess nearby areas and the overall outline to determine the volume needed.

Lost volume
We look beyond one hollow area to its balance with surrounding areas.
We assess balance with surrounding areas, beyond one spot.

Muscle movement
We assess expression-related movement to distinguish treatment roles.
We distinguish the roles and amounts for each treatment.

Localized fat
We do not approach volume addition and reduction in the same way.

Specific explanations about your condition and plan

01Does every hollow area need filling?+
Fillers fill hollow areas or add volume where desired. Before treatment, it is best to check whether any facial volume should be reduced, address those areas first and keep filler use to a minimum.
02How much pain or discomfort should I expect?+
The filler itself causes little discomfort as it goes in; most of what you feel comes from the anesthetic injection and the needle. It is generally less uncomfortable than Botox or Rejuran.
03How should I plan recovery and daily activities?+
It depends on the area and amount, but daily activities can generally resume immediately after treatment. Some people may need around a week.
04How long do results last?+
Results usually last around a year.
05How are session count and intervals decided?+
The same count or interval is not set for everyone at the outset. Your doctor explains your goals and plan at the first visit, and the next session is timed after reviewing recovery and progress.
06Can I combine this with other treatments?+
By adjusting the order, it can generally be combined with all other treatments on the same day.
